Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time & Charges:

  • Standard Shipping 5-7 business day

  • Express Shipping 2-4 business days

  • International Shipping – Available on request (Charges vary by country)

Order Tracking:

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Shipping Restrictions:​

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or carrier issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags & packaging are eligible.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@classicminimal.com or WhatsApp at 7977864549 with your order ID and reason.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide a return address.

  3. Refunds/exchanges will be processed after quality checks (within 5-7 business days).

Refund Policy:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We’ll resolve it at no extra cost.
